If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 14 days from the date the item was delivered to your address. This applies whether the item was shipped locally or internationally. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging included. We reserve the right to reject returned items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts that were not caused by our error.

To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer service team at info@tvh-vn.life, providing your order number, full name, item details, and the reason for your return. Once we review your request, we will provide instructions for returning the item to the appropriate warehouse. Please do not return any items without prior authorization, as unregistered returns may not be accepted or refunded.

For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties related to the return of the goods. We are not able to refund these charges. It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the return package is securely packed and correctly labeled. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will begin processing your refund. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that shipping fees (for both domestic and international orders) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue along with your order number. We will review your request as quickly as possible and, if approved, offer a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping fees.
